I am an I/O Psychologist and learning strategist with global experience and 8+ years of owning evidence-based learning and leadership programs. I take a strategic and holistic project management approach in my work to facilitate behavior change. I don’t do just one thing because that would be boring. I strategically leverage research, data, stakeholder input, and creativity to solve root causes of problems and drive results for organizations.
We spend 1/3 of our lives at work. That’s a significant amount of time. If we don’t love what we’re doing and don’t have opportunities for growth, our quality of life vastly declines. When organizations run effectively and invest in their people, everyone benefits. Employees feel safe, valued, satisfied, and creative, become contributing members of society, caring family members, responsible consumers, and ultimately we offer better products and services at better prices.
I am on a mission to help design organizations and co-create workplaces where all employees feel valued and included so that they can live into their greatest strengths, unlock new skills, create new opportunities, and thrive in their work.
A holistic approach to talent management starts with the skills or competencies needed for a job or family of jobs. These critical competencies or KSAOs can be used to build job descriptions and candidate assessment tools, for performance conversations and evaluations, and, significantly, for talent development - identifying how and where to map out their development in alignment with their work and strategic organizational objectives.
Skills are the basis of everything! I'll help your organization identify and document the skills and competencies your people have AND those needed for specific roles within your organization.
What does good learning look like? Leveraging the science of learning, I work with SMEs and learners to design and deliver experiences that facilitate effective learning.
What skills does your organization value in leaders at each level of management in the organization?
We'll help you map these, assess your leaders on them through 360 surveys, and build your programs aligned to the skills.
I take a strategic project management approach to designing, delivering, and promoting learning experiences that drive skill-transfer, behavior change, and drive organizational outcomes.
Whether it's your website, presentation, eLearning course, job aid materials, downloadable worksheet exercises, or social media strategy, I'll help you review your materials and for consistent voice in branding and messaging.
What KPIs and observable measurements have you identified to measure the efficacy of your efforts? Where are you pulling them from? Is it automated?
I'll consult on measurements to identify and dashboards to use.
